What we collect
Your name, email address and phone number when you create an account; payment details you submit (method, transaction ID and optional screenshot); your course enrollments and learning progress; and questions you send to the Masail desk.
How we use it
To create your account, verify payments, give you access to your courses, track your progress, answer your questions and send you important notices about your classes.
Masail questions
You choose whether your question is published anonymously or with your name. Scholars answering it never see who asked, only whether the question is from a man or a woman.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We only share it with services needed to run the academy, such as our hosting provider, and only as much as they need.
Security
Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form, the website uses HTTPS, and only authorized staff can see payment records.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
